Management Board

President and the co-founder of SYNERWAY, responsible for the strategy and development of the company. He supervises the development of business and technological competencies of the company.

Warsaw School of Economics graduate, his faculties were Finance and Banking (EVA application in M&A) and Marketing and Management (restructuring and supply chain management) and he has obtained a master’s degree in economy. He is consequent, effective and committed to his passions. He is said to have his feet firmly on the ground, open to people and new challenges. He says: "Difficult and complicated? More like extremely interesting!"
He gained professional experience in Bank Austria Creditanstalt, then in creating Elektrim OnLine- the company managing Internet assets of Elektrim SA, he cooperated with CII Group (now Kolaja&Partners) and he was a member of the management board of ConQuest Consulting.

Obtaining information about his private life is a very difficult task. Supposedly he likes good wine and Italian cuisine. He is a lover of thoroughbred Arabian horses and a keen yachtsman.

SYNERWAY grew under the aegis of two "founding fathers" – Bartłomiej Kawecki and Łukasz Misiukanis. In August 2009 Bartłomiej Kawecki bought Łukasz Misiukanis shares. As a result, on 30th of October 2009 Łukasz Misiukanis ceased to act as member of the Board and work in SYNERWAY. I would like to thank Łukasz for his contribution in the development of the Company.
